Shipping Policy
At Holy Looks, we work with small-batch production and limited inventory, and we do our best to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
We process and ship orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Orders placed before 1:00 pm CST:
Are usually processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST:
Are usually processed and shipped on the next business day.
During peak seasons, special launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days. If we experience any significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship using standard carriers such as USPS and other major delivery services.
Typical delivery time within the United States after the order has been shipped is:
• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
These time frames are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. Holy Looks is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (for example, orders over a certain value). When available, the conditions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout, if eligible.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive:
1. Order confirmation email — confirming that we received your order.
2. Shipping confirmation email — once your order has been shipped, with tracking details when available.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including most states and territories served by our carriers).
If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, please contact us so we can confirm if we are able to ship to your area.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” and handed over to the carrier, Holy Looks is no longer in direct control of delivery times.
• If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.
• If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please:
• Verify the shipping address
• Check with neighbors or your building management
• Contact the carrier to open a claim
While we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, we will do our best to guide you through the process and support you when possible.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the package and damaged item(s)
We will review your case and work with you on a solution in line with our Return & Exchange Policy.
