Return & Exchange Policy
At Holy Looks, every piece is created with care in small batches and produced in-house to ensure quality and consistency. We want you to feel confident wearing your faith — and confident shopping with us.
For that reason, we offer a simple and transparent 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.
1. 30-Day Returns (Eligible Cases)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery in the following situations:
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect
- The item was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong style, color, or size
- You are unsatisfied with the item’s quality as long as it remains unworn and unwashed
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- The item cannot show signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, or damage
Returns requested after the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Replacement due to defect
- Returns eligible under the 30-day policy
Because we produce in small batches and keep limited stock, exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose:
- A different item of equal value
- Store credit
- A refund (if the issue was our error)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To protect hygiene, product integrity, and small-batch production standards, the following cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Items with stains, odors, or signs of use
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Customized or altered items
- Items purchased during promotional events with 40% off or more
- Gift cards
4. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery.

We will prioritize your case and send a free replacement or issue a refund.
5. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at:

After we review your request, we will provide:
- A return authorization
- Return instructions
- The return shipping address
Items returned without authorization cannot be processed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
- We are unable to complete an exchange
- The item arrived defective or incorrect
- The return is approved and the item is received in original condition
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Holy Looks is not responsible for packages that show as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package was lost in transit before delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Small-Batch Production Transparency
Holy Looks operates with:
- Small-batch in-house production
- Limited inventory per design
- Restocks made according to demand
Because of this, some exchange requests may be limited by availability — but we always work hard to accommodate you.
